PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

INSURANCE:

We accept most dental benefit plans. If you would like us to help you maximize your dental benefits, please make sure to fill out all of the information in the insurance section on our New Patient Registration Form, including the group number and ID number found on your insurance card.

It would also help us a great deal for you to e-mail us a photo of the front and back of your insurance card, and include the primary subscriber’s full name and birth date.

Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will file claims to your dental benefits carrier on your behalf to help you reimbursed by your dental benefits carrier quickly and easily.

NO INSURANCE? NO PROBLEM!

If you do not have insurance, we offer an in-house dental insurance plan – please inquire to learn more about it if you think this may be a good fit for you and your family!

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.
